Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Star72 LLC (“Star72”, “we”) collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers our website, dashboard and API, and the messages and calls our customers send and receive through us.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, business name, address, EIN and website.
  • Registration details you give us for 10DLC brands and campaigns, including how your recipients opt in.
  • Billing records: payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Message and call records needed to deliver and bill the service: phone numbers, message content, call details, timestamps and delivery status.
  • Opt-in and opt-out records: which numbers opted in or out, when and how.
  • Technical data such as IP addresses and sign-in times, used to secure accounts.

How we use it

To provide and bill the service; to register brands and campaigns with The Campaign Registry and carriers; to honor opt-outs; to detect and stop spam, phishing and fraud; to meet legal obligations; and to support you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use message content for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the parties needed to run the service: phone carriers and our carrier partners (to deliver messages and calls), The Campaign Registry (for 10DLC registration), our hosting, email and payment providers, and authorities when the law requires it. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and carrier requirements, encrypt data in transit, and restrict access to authorized staff.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message sent through Star72 to stop receiving messages from that sender, and HELP for help. To see, correct or delete your data, email support@star72.com. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post changes to this policy on this page and tell account holders by email about important ones.
