- Got an unwanted or suspicious text from one of our numbers? Forward it to 7726 (SPAM) on your phone, and email us the sending number, the message and when you got it. We investigate every report. See the Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy.
- Stop messages
- Reply STOP to the message. You will get no more texts from that sender through Star72.
- Blocked messages
- Customers whose messages were blocked can email us the sending number, an example message and how the recipient opted in.
- Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy, or email us to see, correct or delete your data.
